Palestinian Relief continues to distribute hot meals to the most needy families in its center in Ain El-Helweh camp, and in the internally displaced persons from Syria, as part of the Handover 2020 campaign, after the economic conditions deteriorated in an unprecedented way and most families are unable to secure their livelihood for their children.
